I am sorry to see that you are unhappy with our courier costs. We use a third-party courier for our deliveries and are governed by their costs. The actual cost of a palletised delivery is around £60 (dependant on the area being delivered to). Any orders weighing more than 15kg have to be sent out on the special delivery service. We subsidise this cost as much as we can on orders below £299, but we cannot waive the full amount. Alternatively, we do offer collection from our Stoke on Trent showroom, or from our regional stores. Regards, Joanna

They are a similar colour, we cannot guarantee they would be identical.
As long as the existing tiles are level and secure then this should be fine. You would need to prime first, we recommend using the Eco Prim Grip (1560005).
With the Metro wall tiles, most people use a 2mm grout spacing. We would recommend using 'T' Spacers (SKU: 440200) to create a brick bond design.
As the image you refer to is a customer image, we cannot confirm what grout has been used, however, for the Metro Cream Wall Tile (SKU 431400) we would recommend the Ultracolor Jasmine (Cream) 130 Flexible Grout 5kg (SKU 6013005A) which from the image mentioned, would achieve a similar look.
If you are aware of the number of tiles required for your project just add this amount to the quantity box and this will be the number of single tiles not boxes.
For the Metro Cream wall tiles we would recommend the Mapegrip D2 Ready mix adhesive (SKU: 011715) and for the grout, we would recommend the Ultracolor Jasmine (SKU: 6013005A).
Thank you for your question. Orders placed before 4pm, on any working day, will be delivered the next working day between 8am and 6pm,.Any order over £150 will be free. The only time the next day delivery will not be available is when the tiles are either out of stock or a Johnsons tile. In the case of Johnsons tiles, there is a two-day turnaround.
