Due to the length of these tiles, slight curvature is to be expected. In order to compensate for this, we would suggest installing Baltimore in either a soldier (side by side) or staggered (1/4 bond) layout.

Q : Hello! What country are these tiles from please?
Hi. These tiles are manufactured in Spain.
Q : What product would you recommend for insulation on top of concrete floor and also what sealer would be the best as I have these in my hall and the grout needs cleaning regularly
We would recommend using a flexible adhesive such as our Keraquick fast setting (SKU:012120UK), or Keraflex Maxi slow setting (SKU:1202620)for use with these tiles. The tiles themselves require no sealing as they are a glazed porcelain tile. You can use our Fuga Proof Grout Protector to help keep the grout joints clean (SKU:430680).
Q : We have an ash-felt floor to lay on top off would you recommend a different adhesive?
To tile on to ash-felt floor it must first be checked to ensure that it is flooring grade. If the ash-felt is flooring grade it would require Eco Prim Grip primer. The adhesive for the Baltimore Wood Effect tile we would recommend Keraquick White Fast Setting Adhesive. If the ash-felt is not flooring grade, this cannot be tiled on to.
Q : Could these be used outside?
Yes, They can be used outside.
Q : Can these be used on the floor of a bathroom? And on the walls of a shower?
The Baltimore Grey Wall And Floor Tile are suitable for use on a bathroom floors and on the walls of a shower, the only consideration is that that the wall substrate is strong enough to take the weight of this large tile, we recommend discussing this with your tiler.
