We would recommend Ultracolor Anthracite (Charcoal) 114 Flexible Grout SKU: 6011405A with the Cliff Grafite Grey porcelain wall tiles.
Q : Are these tiles suitable for wet rooms?
These tiles have a matt finish so could be used in a wet room, however, would recommend a sample to test its suitability
