Q : When do you use the sealer is it before grouting or after
Tiles need to be sealed prior to grouting, and for best practice we would recommend that you also seal the tiles after grouting too, to ensure that no sealant has been removed while cleaning the grout residue.
Q : Is this tile suitable for outside? Is it frost proof? I currently have this tile inside and I’m looking to match it
This tile is suitable for outdoor projects and is frost proof. It will, however, need to be sealed. We would recommend using our Fila MP90 Polished Porcelain & Stone Sealer 250ml SKU: 436195 post-installation.
Q : What colour grouting would you use on cream porcelain tiles pls? Also what does it mean by sealing and would the grouting discolour over time?
We recommend using our Ultracolour Jasmine (Cream) 130 Flexible Grout SKU:6013005A. Sealing tiles and grout reduces the porosity of the materials and protects the tiles surface. This means that the grout should not discolour.
Q : What grout can be used for this tile to give it a landscape one tile look? making the space more spacious.

Q : Are these suitable for high traffic kitchen floor? Also note they require sealing after fitting. What is the reason for this and does this need to be repeated over time? Thanks
These tiles are suitable for high traffic areas. The tiles need to be sealed as they are polished, not glazed, so they do not have a layer of protection to them prior to sealing. We would recommend maintaining the sealant every 3-4 years on high traffic areas.
