    The tiles themselves were fine
    The tiles themselves were fine it was the delivery that wasn't. It took three attempts to get these. The first time they didn't show up, got a call the following day saying they were put on the wrong lorry. Re-arranged for the next convenient day only to wait in again and not have them even through I contacted Tile Mountain and was told they would be there by 5pm after supposedly speaking to the courier. The following morning I got a call from the delivery driver saying he was on his way!!

    Surface grey lappato
    I have used tile mountain on many occasions now, I have also recommended them to alot of my clients. The perticular tile I used this time was incredibly good to work with, there was no formatting issues and for the price I was very surprised that they was manufactured by rak ceramics, who in my opinion are one of the very best. I would not hesitate in using tile mountain again.

    Excellent tiles and at a
    Excellent tiles and at a really reasonable price. They look better than I had anticipated. I used the Leppato for the walls and the Matt for the floor and they blend together nicely. Ordering was a piece of cake and delivered on time. Highly recommend these tiles and time mountain for its service.

    Q : What is the difference between Lappato / Matt?

    Advice

    Lappato is a semi-polished tile providing the same level of grip as matt tile whilst also offering the sheen finish of a glossy tile, whereas a matt tile would not feature a sheen.
