Can we lay these slabs and point with a traditional sand and cement mix?
Our advice: These tiles would need to be installed onto a cured concrete base and adhered using an exterior tile adhesive like our Adesilex P4 Grey Floor Adhesive 20kg SKU: 218220 and grouted with Ultracolor Manhattan (Light Grey) 110 Flexible Grout 5kg SKU: 6011005A. Alternatively, they could be installed onto a hardcore base and adhered with our Norcros Rock Tite system.

I see a curved edge in one of the photos. Can these be cut with a small angle grinder by hand or do they need something more specialised? And is it better to lay then cut in situ or cut individually and then lay? Thanks.
Our advice: We would advise using an angle grinder with a diamond-tipped blade. It would be best to cut the tiles before installing them. They will need to be fully supported throughout the cutting.

can be use in kitchen?
Our advice: This tile can be used indoors and in a kitchen; however, due to the thickness of it, it may affect the height of your floor, so we would recommend discussing this further with your installer.
