The job came out well and the tiler said they were good to work with. Luckily 10% extra was ordered as there were significant breakages noticed when the palette was unloaded. Your courier should take more care.

Very happy with the tiles - unfortunately x12 (out of x80) were broken, but both the delivery guy and customer service were helpful - but unfortunately that’s where the info/feedback finished - I completed the damages online form and there was no further update - just 3 days later the replacements arrived and extremely luckily I was here to receive them - everything else was great just a little bit of curtesy with a replacement delivery update and I would have definitely scored it 5 stars

Love these. When they arrived I thought they were the wrong tile as couldn't see the bumps. But once up and light reflects on them they are lovely. Put them the way the picture has them with black grout and look amazing. Fast, free delivery which was a bonus. A couple of the tiles were broken on arrival but ordered more than needed so was not a problem.
