Can these be used outdoors?
Our advice: These tiles can be used outdoors with them being porcelain tiles. With them being 8mm thick they would need to be installed onto a fully cured concrete base

If I wanted to install wet underfloor heating beneath these tiles and I had timber flooring, would the hard backer board be fitted first and then the heating and lastly the tiles? As I thought the tiles normally stick directly onto the hard backer board?
Our advice: We couldn't advise fully on this installation and so would suggest seeking advice on the installation from a qualified professional.

Are these tiles suitable for timber wood flooring ? Worried they may crack with timber floor due to floor movements. Please advice the recommended installation methods for both concrete and timber floorings. Thanks
Our advice: For concrete floors, we recommend using Primer G (sku: 020101) to prime the concrete, and then using a suitable adhesive and grout to install the tiles. We would not recommend tiling directly onto a timber wood floor. We would advise laying HardieBacker boards (sku: 445675) over the floorboards first, and then using a suitable flexible adhesive and grout to install the tiles.

Our advice: Tiles with a PEI rating of 4 are suited for installations that are subjected to regular levels of foot traffic. Recommended for medium commercial and light institutional use, such as restaurants, hotels, hospital lobbies and corridors.
