Hi, Yes Kauri Rustic Grey Wood Effect Floor Tile can be installed on to concrete. We would recommend using Keraquick Grey Fast Setting Adhesive 20kg - SKU: 012120UK for this particular tile.

For the Kaura Rustic Grey, we would recommend the Ultracolor Anthracite Grout (SKU: 6011405A) to replicate a natural wooden floor.
