Q : I would like to install these on pedestals. if that is possible, is a pedestal at each corner enough or will they require a centre one too? thanks
Yes, these tiles would be suitable for installation with pedestals. You would require two pedestals per tile and four for the corners.
Q : Looking to purchase these tiles / slabs for our patio area and path (we've received the sample and love them) they have great reviews so looking forward to purchasing the soon. What tile space would you recommend between the tile / slabs; and what jointing / grout colour would complement them (concerned if we use white it will get dirty quickly). Also being porcelain what primer do we use pre installation (will be bedding them in using sand and cement mix on MOT base)
Generally speaking, a minimum 3mm spacing would be suggested with outdoor slabs. In terms of the installation type advised, this is not something we would recommend as porcelain tiles are not porous so do not glue well to sand and cement mix, we would recommend using purpose made adhesive. That said, to install the tiles in the method you mentioned, you would require a bonding primer for non porous substrates, this is not something we could supply you with.
Q : We have recently ordered the above tiles and laid the courtyard. Unfortunately, they are getting dirty very quickly. Could you possibly recommend any treatment or sealer for these tiles?
The best way to keep your tiles clean would be to regularly jet wash them, you could use a PH Neutral Cleaner such as our Fila Tile & Stone Cleaner (SKU 430655).
Q : Are these tiles suitable for driveways/parking lots?
These tiles would be suitable to use on drives and parking lots.

We recommend installing them on a concrete base with our Adesilex P4 Grey Floor Adhesive 20kg - SKU: 218220.
