Very pleased with the results after fitting these tiles. Tiles easy to fit, watching the fitting videos is a good idea. Tiles delivered on the day I asked for no problem there.

Order No. 1118325 As we ordered this flooring early in case there was a problem with stock, we can only review the packaging and not the tiles. Our new kitchen will not be fitted until January, 2022 when the packages will be opened. However, I can give you a review about your courier. On 12th November, I received an e-mail stating that my order would be delivered on Monday, 15th November, between 8 am and 6 pm. We were up and dressed for 8 am and waited in all day expecting this delivery. Nothing arrived, not our order, nor an e-mail or text message advising of the non-delivery. On Tuesday, 16th November, I replied to the e-mail address given on the 15th November e-mail (support@flooringmountain.co.uk). Still nothing was received until this morning when I looked out of the window to see a delivery truck. On checking my e-mails again I found the one above. If you want to receive good reviews about the overall experience, I would suggest you look to changing your courier. We received nothing from them, when a simple text message would have let us know of any problems. Perhaps even an apology from them. I have already submitted a review about my experience with Ruth at customer services. She could not have been more helpful and I appreciated her early replies to my e-mails. Having said all the above about the courier, the delivery driver was excellent and I would rate him an A+. He even brought the pallet down the driveway to our front door, although I was told it would be a kerbside delivery. When we told him we had expected the delivery on Monday, he was shocked and said he could have delivered then. I hope this feedback is helpful. Regards, Josephine Holyoake

Never received my flooring in full after four weeks of phone calls and emails I am now in the process of cancelling my order will not use this company there courier system is a joke and only helps to bring this company down in standards
