Is this grey or brown as the pictures look like it’s brown
Our advice: This is a wood effect tile with a grey wash. You will find hints of both brown and grey. To better understand the colour of the tile we would highly recommend ordering a sample to view the product in person.

Is this tile suitable for electric underfloor heating?
Our advice: Yes, provided there is a minimum of a 13mm screed between the heating and the flooring and so long as the temperature of the heating doesn't exceed 27 degrees.

Can this flooring be fitted in a herringbone pattern
Our advice: No, these would not be suitable for a herringbone design.
