Does this look like an actual tile when laid Ie March up as I’m squares plz
Our advice: The tile is designed to replicate Marble Stone just bear in mind the finish will not be the same as a Ceramic or Porcelain tile. In terms of the pattern they are designed to be laid at random and do not match up from piece to piece. We would advise ordering a sample to view the tile in person.

hi an you use a heat mop/ to clean the floor
Our advice: A heat mop would not be suitable to clean these tiles.

Is this suitable for underfloor heating ?
Our advice: Yes, these would be suitable provided electric heating is used not water-based. There would also need to be a minimum of a 13 mm screed between the Vinyl and the heating mats. The temperature of the mats could also not exceed 27 degrees Celcius.
