You were recommended to us by Wonder Turf, the gardeners who did all the work in our garden including laying the slabs. The first thing that greatly impressed us was being able to receive sample slabs for our inspection. My wife (who is the garden planner here!) was able to view these in the garden in varied light including strong sunlight. She was very much impressed and her selection of a slab was made easily and with confidence. The porcelain slabs are now laid and are quite magnificent We are highly delighted with the quality and appearance. We would confidently recommend you to anyone.

What type of grout and what colour would you recommend for the midnight black tile? Thank you

logo

Our advice: Good morning, We would advise using Ultracolor Anthracite (Charcoal) 114 Flexible Grout 5kg SKU: 6011405A for our Surface Outdoor Night Black Porcelain Slab SKU: 442760. Kind regards,

John 18/05/21

Could you tell me what grade these tiles are (quality grading)

logo

Our advice: This tile has a PEI 5 rating.

Could you tell me where these tiles are manufactured

logo

Our advice: This tile is manufactured in the UAE.

Are these very slippy when wet - I tested a full size sample and was like standing on ice ?

logo

Our advice: These tiles will become more slippy when wet but they have an R rating of R11 so we would expect them to be as slippy as you have advised. If you have tested the tiles and are unhappy with the outcome we would advise against using them for your project.

Hi are these protected from algae growth and are they anti slip?

logo

Our advice: These tiles have an anti-slip rating of R11. You would need to use our LTP Porcelain Tile Protector post-installation to ensure that the tiles are protected from algae growth

Cris 11/09/20

Do you recommend these tiles are sealed after installation? Do you have a product to clean them with prior to sealing if the previous answer is yes? cheers

logo

Our advice: Hi. These tiles do not require post-installation sealing.

Tom 15/08/20

Do I need adhesive for these tiles?

logo

Our advice: We would recommend the Adesilex P4 Adhesive (SKU: 218220)
