Our advice: Yes, they can be provided they are installed onto a cured concrete base and adhered with an exterior tile adhesive.

Our advice: Technically yes you could. A better choice would be a porcelain tile with an anti-slip rating of R11 and above.

Do this tiles feel cold under foot? Really like them but sometimes floor tiles can be cold.
