Calacatta Marble from Italy is one of the most famous marbles in the world and has been carefully replicated in this beautiful porcelain tile.

Calacatta White Italian Porcelain is suitable for residential and commercial use; the attractive high gloss finish and large format size ensures this tile is ideal for open, expansive spaces. Due to the subtle veining we recommend to order a full size sample as the veining may be difficult to appreciate on a 100mm sq cut sample.

Q : Could these be used over underfloor heating?
These tiles are suitable to use with underfloor heating systems.
Q : Can the 595 x 595 tiles be used on walls?
The Calacatta White Italian Porcelain can be used on the walls, the only consideration would be that the substrate is strong enough to take the weight, we recommend discussing this with your tiler.
Q : Hi, I got a couple of samples of this tile and then ordered a full sized sample, but all just seem to be a pale grey with very little marbling. I love the look of the tiles in the pictures, but I'm concerned that the marble effect won't be very apparent. Can anyone tell me if the pictures on the page are a true representation?
The Calacatta White Italian Porcelain (SKU 436990) does have a subtle veining effect which may be more apparent on some tile more than others. If you are looking for a heavier marble pattern, we would suggest looking at our Hellas Marble Floor Tile (SKU 439390), please feel free to order a sample from our website to see if it would be more suitable for your project.
