Q : Are these suitable for a wet room floor?
Yes, they are suitable as the anti-slip rating is an R10
Q : Can these tiles be used outside as a patio?
Yes, these tiles are suitable for use outdoors. As they are frost proof and have an Anti-Slip rating of R10. We would, however, recommend that they are installed on a solid cement base and affixed with our Adesilex P4 Grey Floor Adhesive SKU: 218220 We would highly recommend ordering a sample ahead of purchase to confirm the suitability of this tile for your project.
Q : Do you know if these tiles are porous and are they likely to stain easily if used in the kitchen?
They are not. You could use these in the kitchen and will not have any problems with staining as long as proper tile care is used. We would recommend cleaning the tiles with our Fila Cleaner (Product Code: 430655) to maintain the finish of the tile.

Yes, a steam mop can be used.
