Hi. Yes, you can install all of the porcelain tiles with underfloor heating.
Q : Are these a lappato, so easier to keep clean than polished tiles?
Hi. Yes, these are the lappato finish tiles. The cleaning process would not be much different between the two; however, polished porcelain will be slightly easier to clean.
Q : Are these a true white or off white and do you have available samples in the 60x60 also what colour grout has the lady used in the customer photo?
They are not paper white in colour, so could look off-white against other shades. The grout shown in the photo is the Ultracolor Moon White (103) SKU: 6010305A.
Q : Can these tiles be used outside also?
Although the tiles are porcelain and can be used externally, the semi-polished surface would not allow an extended level of grip when the tiles are wet. We would recommend ordering a sample to test the suitability of the tiles for your area.

The Strauss White Porcelain Floor Tiles do not require sealing.
