Does this work with the 3mm Mustang levelling clips - they are for tiles up to 20mm thick which is what I have - the description on here says up to 12 mm - so am I wasting my time buying the clips with no tool to help level my tiles? Thanks

Hi - can this be used with the 3mm levelling spacers? As I am using on 20mm thick tiles - this says that it works on tiles up to 12mm thick - so what do I use for outdoor slabs? Thanks
