New look tiles

We did multiple orders of the tiles as our plans changed and every time they came next day with no breakages. The customer service helped with tile matching. The tiles came out perfect in our bathroom, we used a very light grey grout and did half tile. We needed to buy also trim that came as a grey white for the edges. The tiles are all even and glossy.

Tiles perfect. Courier service not so much.

We ordered more of these to complete our bathroom after an error by the tradesman. Despite daily phone calls the tiles did not then arrive on their scheduled date or for several days after that. This seriously disrupted the rest of the build. The customer service staff are very helpful and personable. The issue appears to be with the delivery company.

Hampshire light grey

Lovely slightly undulating tiles. They do seems to look greenish rather than grey in our bathroom but maybe that’s just the light. Overall I’m pleased with them.
