How do you cut the tiles? I have tried different tools but since they are ceramic they do not cut with simple method. I went to the shop where they tried their strongest mechanical cutter and the tile exploded. I have also tried with a multi tool, but it takes forever just to cut one tile.
Our advice: We would recommend using a Diamond Wet Wheel Cutter. You need to ensure that the tiles are fully supported to prevent breakages when cutting.
Are these non slip and good for a bathroom?
Our advice: These do not have an official anti-slip rating however the finish of the tile gives the tile some texture meaning these would be suitable for use in a bathroom

Can this be used in a working fireplace please?
Our advice: The tiles are fine in a working fireplace but a heat resistant adhesive will be required. We cannot provide this currently.
Can these be used with underfloor heating?
Our advice: Yes, the Hexagon Carrara Marble Effect tiles can be used with underfloor heating. The porcelain material is an excellent conductor of heat making them perfect for an underfloor heating system.
