We are glad to hear your are happy with the tiles you recieved. Our returns policy listed online confirms we do not accept any leftover products or items that fall outside of a full order cancellation. We would always recommend keeping a box of spare tiles should this be needed for any replacements in the future. Regards

Hi do we need tile spacers with these tiles
Our advice: Yes, we would advise using a 3mm spacer.
Are these tiles suitable for the floor of a wet room/ walk in shower?
Our advice: Yes, these tiles would be suitable we would just encourage using a tile with a higher anti-slip rating. Ideally an R11 or above.
Just to clarify please, they are heat resistant up to 90 degrees Celsius? Thanks
Our advice: Yes, that is correct.
Would these be suitable for a fire hearth please?
Our advice: Yes, these tiles would be suitable provided they do not exceed 90 degrees.
Can the faux grout lines be grouted?
Our advice: These lines are already grouted, and so no additional grout could be added other than around the perimeter of the tiles.
Hi would there matching floor tile to go with this
Our advice: There is no matching floor tile. This is one tile that is suitable for both walls and floors.
What colour grout and adhesive would you use.
Our advice: We would recommend using our Mapeker Grey Rapid-Set Flex Adhesive 20kg SKU: 012320 and Ultracolor Manhattan (Light Grey) 110 Flexible Grout 5kg SKU: 6011005A
