Q : Are these slippery? Or do they have good grip?
Any tile can become slippery when wet. However, these are a matt finish and do have an anti-slip rating of R11.
Q : Good morning, I am going to order 25sqm of the icarus grey, what quantities of the 3 part rocktite system do I need please and could you recommend a grout colour? Many thanks Ash
You will need 2 tubs of the primer. If you are laying the mortar at a thickness of around 25mm, you will need 42 bags. For the grout, you would require 4 tubs of the steel grey brush-in grout for a 8mm grout joint.
Q : What size grout spacing would you recommend when laying these tiles?
We recommend 4-5mm
Q : Do these slabs have a finished edge so they can be used on steps?
Yes, these tiles are rectified and have a straight edge.
Q : Hi We require approximately 40 sq metres of the Icarus grey tile. We have just prepared the ground area with type 1 MOT sub-base. Can you please advise of additional necessary materials for this product for laying and how much of the necessary products we would require for the area? I appreciate covid has implications on delivery can you give a realistic delivery for Scotland? Thank you kindly
We would recommend the use of the 3 part rock-tite system. Delivery to Scotland can vary depending on the postcode.
