Q : Hi, Does the Lounge Black Polished Porcelain Tile need to be sealed for flooring please?
These tiles do come with a factory seal that is designed to protect the tiles during installation, but we would recommend you re-seal the tiles with the Fila MP90 Water and Oil Repellent Protection SKU: 430670 once installed, and then around every 2-3 years after this.
Q : Can these porcelain tiles be fixed directly to primed gypsum plaster?
Yes, we would recommend ensuring the substrate is primed first with Primer G (SKU: 020101)

No - these tiles do not require sealing.
