ORDERING TILE SAMPLES

I'm Not Sure About Colour, Texture, finish?

We highly recommend that you take advantage of our tile sample service, this will allow you to view the product in your own home to appreciate all its characteristics and beauty. Either pay for a full size tile sample and order as many different tiles as you want or choose cut samples and receive up to three samples measuring approximately 100mmx100mm, totally free of charge. Additional cut samples are available at a cost of 99p each.

DESPATCH

When Will My Order Be Despatched?

Sample orders placed before 4.00pm Monday – Friday will be despatched the same day.

DELIVERY

When Will My Order Be Delivered?

Normally next working day, although you can select a delivery day at the checkout. Delivery on all samples is absolutely free. Delivery is undertaken by Royal Mail for cut samples and UK Mail for larger parcels. If you are not at home, our couriers are instructed to leave larger parcels in a safe place.
