    Not received product still
    After ordering these tiles I was informed they were broken whilst being put onto delivery van and new delivery sent a few days later which was great however here I am 2 weeks later and no sign of the tiles, I have phoned and emailed told 2 days ago they are chasing the delivery company and still not heard anything. Really disappointed at this as it is comming up 3 weeks since the original delivery date. A better way to resolve would be to resend the items as it wasn't a big order.
