Are these suitable for a bathroom floor, are they slip resistant or does the gloss finish make them slippery Thanks
Our advice: This tile has an anti-slip rating of R9. If slip resistance is of high priority I would advise choosing a Matt finished tile.

can the Balmoral be used externally also? I'm looking for an 'outside' 'in' tile. Thanks, Anne
Our advice: We do not recommend using a gloss tile outside as once wet they can be extremely slippery, we would recommend a matt or riven porcelain tile only. The closest we would have suitable for exterior use is our Muse Grey Matt (SKU: 442620).

Do you guarantee that all Balmoral Grey Gloss floor tiles are exactly 600 x 600? Some tiles have a tolerance of around 5mm but I need tiles of exact dimensions. Thanks
Our advice: Our current batch of Balmoral Grey Floor is rectified to a size of 600x600mm
Tile Mountain uses a third-party courier for its deliveries and is governed by their costs. The actual cost of a palletised delivery is around £60 (dependant on the area being delivered to). We subsidise this cost as much as we can on orders below £250, but we cannot waive the full amount. If an order exceeds 15kg we are unable to send this via a parcel courier such as DPD therefore a pallet will be required. If you would like to discuss this further with a member of the team please contact us.
