We apologise that you had issues when completing the installation. As the tile is non-rectified they do not have a perfect corner however we would not expect this to affect the overall project. If you would like to discuss this further please contact us.

Each tile is subject to a slight curvature in line with tiling standards however we would not expect this to affect the overall installation. If you would like to discuss this further with our customer service team please contact us.

As the tiles are polished, are they slippery when wet?
Our advice: Any tile can be slippery when wet. We would recommend ordering a sample prior to placing a full order to check it meets your individual requirements.
what’s the thickness of these tiles please ?
Our advice: These tiles are 9.50mm thick.
Do these need to be sealed? The sample looks sealed, no absorption on a test so not sure if a separate sealer is needed as well? Please advise
Our advice: Yes, we recommend the MP 90 - 1 Ltr - Water and Oil Repellent Protection. During the polishing process, micro-pores are opened up, so these tiles require sealing to avoid staining. After initial sealing, we advise you re-seal the tiles every 2-3 years.
