2-year project to convert an old patio. Great tiles, need a good diamond tip blade to cut through these! Very easy to keep clean but also have a great finish on the top to prevent slipping when wet. These were installed on raised pedestal supports which probably made the installation easier for a competent DIYer. I didn't order the required amount at the start of the project, ordering in several batches but you wouldn't know by the finish. The only difference I found was the newly supplied seemed slightly larger (by a few mm at most). Highly recommended A*.

Great service, beautiful tiles

Liked the well constructed web site, easy ordering, good communication and helpful delivery service. Well packed and only one small chip on one tile out of over 30 delivered. Shame it was one of the 20 patterned ones. Laid the tiles on pedestals, really good! Tiles are really tough and will not cut even with the best of tile-breakers, trust me! Need a good diamond disc and wet cutter for best results.

Hi love the concretia I had laid a year ago. Now I need to clean them as plant pots leave a rust mark which won't wash off. Please can you recommend a cleaner and do I need to seal them so it doesn't happen again.

Our advice: We sell a rust stain remover (LTP125), this will remove any rust marks off the tiles. We do not sell a sealer that would prevent the rust marks, we do sell a porcelain tile protector, this may help but it would not prevent it. We would advise seeing if you can elevate the pots or using something under the pots

Hi I looking that tiles like this 16 inside on the pictures (with patterns ). But if I check next picture is only plain gray colour. Could you tell me how I can order that pattern tiles? Thank you
