Do these tiles need to be sealed after installation or are they suitable or of the box for use in shower?
Our advice: These tiles do not require sealing and are suitable for use inside a shower area. as these are a ceramic material, you would need to ensure the grout is flush with the top of the tile to prevent any water ingress.

We are very sorry to hear that your order was delayed. This is certainly not something that we would expect. We do use a third-party courier for delivery, and would still expect the driver to be courteous and assist where possible, however, in only offering a kerbside delivery service, this does restrict the driver in terms of offering help as he is not insured to remove goods from a pallet.
