Excellent product and service.

Flooring looks exactly like I expected. Easy to fit, and looks superb. The delivery was very fast (next day) and we will purchase more of this flooring from this company. Very pleased with the service and the resulting floors.

The flooring is nice but the delivery is bad

I'm happy with the flooring – it not only looks great but also meets my expectations in terms of specifications. It's thicker than many other LVT floorings, and the wear layer has a substantial thickness. The flooring also matched the sample we ordered, which was a reassuring experience. Regrettably, the delivery left much to be desired. One of the pallets was in good condition, but the other one was almost completely soaked through. Every package on that pallet was either damaged or wet. Thankfully, the product itself is waterproof, so there was no harm done to the flooring. However, it was still disheartening to receive the goods in such a condition. Overall speaking, I'm still quite happy with the flooring itself.

Cracking vinyl tiles

Currently laying these vinyl planks. The look and colour is a lovely light oak. Really good quality and so far the laying is going great, easy to lay and easy to cut. Would highly recommend. The delivery was fast and easy.

The sample piece of flooring we received was really very nice and a super colour. Unfortunately we couldn't continue to order for the bathroom floor as when we looked closely the floor has a dip in one area and a bump in another! Whoever laid the current floor tiles must have been partially sighted or drunk! Se we've had to change our minds and use vinyl. Had our floor been level and suitable for laminate flooring we would have gone ahead and ordered. The company keep you well informed of delivery and check after to see if you are happy with their product. They seem a very good company to deal with and if we have future needs for flooring, they will be our first port of call.

Is this floor suitable for underfloor heating?

Our advice: Yes, this would be suitable providing electric underfloor heating is used, that the heating mats are encased in a 13mm screed and the temperature does not exceed 27 degrees.

Our advice: The product will have a slight texture to the surface. We would advise ordering a sample to determine if this would provide enough grip for your project.

Our advice: No, a few requirements to follow would be electric underfloor heating only would be suitable. A minimum of 13mm screed would need to be set between the flooring and the heating mats and the maximum temperature this could reach would be 27 degrees Celsius.
