I have been told by my tiler that I need to order 6 square meters so when it’s asking for length and width I didn’t ask. Can I call you and order over the phone?
Our advice: We don't accept any orders over the phone I'm afraid. To order the tiles the website only requires you to select either the m2 or number of tiles required. So there is no need for you to measure the length and width as your tiler has already calculated this for you.

Is the material porceleain or ceramic ?. Desciption says ceramic, comments say pocelain. Is it ok to use in a enclosed porch area prone to heavy usage ?
Our advice: These are a red bodied Ceramic Tile. For a porch area, we would recommend a porcelain tile.

Hi, what size tile spacers do you recommend using with these tiles? I note that the channels cut in the tile are 2mm wide but thought the minimum you should use between floor tiles is 3mm? Thanks.
Our advice: We recommend between 3-5mm when on the floor.

What kind of wall tile would you recomend to match the chester floor (for a bathroom)? many thanks Joanna
Our advice: Thank you for your query. We would recommend using a plain colour tile to match this range, a Beige or White would probably be most suited. Depending on what sort of look it is that you are going for, our Muralla brick range would also pair this quite nicely. Many Thanks.

Is this tile suitable for use behind a wood burner where they will need to cope with high temperatures
Our advice: These tiles are suitable to use behind a wood burning stove. If the temperature exceeds 90 degrees in the area, you will need to source a specialist adhesive designed for high temperatures.
