Told 4 times the product would be delivered the next day, had to phone up each time and ask where it is. Called up to complain twice after this and Promised they would phone back, no response. Now they are trying to say it was delivered on a day that we never agreed delivery on as I specifically told them I’d be on holiday then.

Our advice: This flooring can withstand spills as long as they are cleaned up straight away. Any prolonged contact with water could cause damage to the flooring.

Is it water resistant?

Our advice: This flooring is water-resistant as long as the water/spillage is cleaned up quite quickly. It will not be resistant to spillages that are left for a prolonged period of time.

Can this tile be used for bathroom floors

Our advice: We do not recommend laminate for the bathroom because prolonged contact with water can damage the flooring. LVT products are much more suited for a bathroom project.
