Had a vast amount of cracked tiles damaged in transit swiftly replaced by supplier even sent numerous amounts of deliveries the tiles are weak and even broke in my hand just moving them about

A little darker than I expected and produced a lot of waste as they are fairly large tiles, but they still look great and seem good quality tiles for the price.

These tiles are not flat! So if you want to put them on the wall in a brick bond style, the middle sits too far in and where the tiles above meet they stick out.

We are sorry to see that you are having some problems installing the tiles. These tiles can be brick-bonded, but we would recommend installing them in a 1/4 bond and not a half-bond. We cannot see that this issue has yet been reported to us, and would always recommend letting us know of any problems as soon as they become apparent.
