Can these be installed on mortar with slurry, instead of using adhesive?
Our advice: We wouldn't advise doing so as this method relies on some absorption on the tiles part, which you will not achieve with a Porcelain tile. We would advise either using our specifically designed mortar and primer from our Norcros Rock Tite System or laying the tiles onto a cured concrete base with an external tile adhesive.

Hi, do these need to be sealed? If so, what sealer would you recommend? Thanks
Our advice: These tiles do not require sealing, but if you wanted to you could protect them with our LTP Porcelain Tile Protector - Pre Grout Treatment Interior & Exterior Use SKU: LTP391.

Hello. I am interested in these tiles for our patio space, but would like to have the same tiles for the steps up to a slightly raised garden. Are there specific tiles available for steps or can they be cut accordingly?
Our advice: These tiles can be cut and used for any steps required within your project.

Can I fit these on building sand
Our advice: No. These can be installed onto a cured concrete base with an exterior Porcelain tile adhesive or onto a hardcore base using our Norcros Rock Tite System.

Hi what is the minimum grout space
Our advice: We would recommend a minimum grout joint of 5mm for external projects.
