Our Mapei UltraCare Grout Release is a water-based product for the pre-grouting protection of porous surfaces. It works as a stain-resistant protector for polished tiles to prevent grout ingress/staining and for other porous natural stone surfaces. It can also be used as a pre-grout treatment when installing heavily textured/ anti-slip indoor & outdoor porcelain to make cleaning easier.
