What color of grout and spacing do you reccommend for these tiles?
Our advice: We would recommend a grout width of 5mm using Norcros Rock-Tite Brush in Grout 15kg - Blanched Almond SKU: 451485

Hi, can you please tell me if these tiles are vitrified please? . Also when laid under a tree, sap is causing heavy stains and plant fibre to adhere to the tiles. Which product would you use to 1) clean sap and 2) to protect sap from sticking to tiles in fist place. Thanks
Our advice: These tiles are of porcelain construction. If installing under a tree please take into consideration that these would need to be laid onto a solid base. In regards to the maintenance, we would recommend applying LTP Porcelain Tile Protector - Pre-Grout Treatment Interior & Exterior Use SKU: LTP391 to protect the tiles from organic staining. For regular cleaning, we would recommend LTP Porcelain Tile Cleaner SKU: LTP101 with the addition of LTP Grimex Heavy Duty Tile Cleaner SKU: LTP71 if a build-up did occur on the surface of the tile.

Can these tiles be sealed as fitter says as non slip cannot use certain sealers ?
Our advice: As the tiles are Porcelain they are impervious and so do not require sealing. If you wanted to protect the tile however you could apply our LTP Porcelain Tile Protector - Pre Grout Treatment Interior & Exterior Use SKU: LTP391.

We have just laid 150m2 Bellevue Ivory porcelain tiles and are dirty du to landscape work. No grout lines Do they need this protection once cleaned to protect them? How much is needed and will it change colour of the tiles ?
Our advice: We would advise doing an initial clean with our Deterdek Pro 1 Ltr - End of Work Cleaning SKU: 430650 and then protecting the tiles with LTP Porcelain Tile Protector - Pre Grout Treatment Interior & Exterior Use SKU: LTP391.

We have recently bought some of these tiles. They look fantastic, but can get dirty quite easily. Do you recommend any product we could put on them to seal / protect them at all please?
Our advice: We do have a porcelain tile protector (SKU: LTP391) which is designed to facilitate the cleaning and aftercare of the tile.

Hi. What colour grout do you recommend for these that matches the tile as close as possible or a little lighter? The Rock-tite range is now not available as I understand.
Our advice: We would suggest looking at our Ultracolor Silver Grey 111 Flexible 5kg SKU: 6011105A.
