Ensure your walls and floors are looking and feeling their best with these 10mm Beige Aluminium Expansion Joints, an intentional interruption in your tiling to allow for substrate movement.
Expansion joints absorb substrate expansion or contraction that may happen as a result of heat or vibration, to prevent your wall and floor tiles from cracking or debonding. These expansion joints are crafted using 2.4 metre length of durable lightweight aluminium for easy transportation and installation. Their 10mm Beige joint will complement most commonly used beige grouts to give a seamless finish throughout your walls and floors.
Note:

When underfloor heating is present Expansion joints should be incorporated every 40m² or 8 linear metres when using Porcelain or Ceramic tiles.

When underfloor heating is present Expansion joints should be incorporated every 16m² or 4 linear metres with Natural Stone and Quartz tiles.

If no underfloor heating is present expansion joints should be incorporated over large areas to ensure no individual area is greater than 100m².
