This "glue" is actually transit wax, which is applied to the front of the tiles to protect them during transit. This should drop off during installation, or can be removed with a damp cloth. We are very sorry, however, for any inconvenience that this has caused. Best wishes, The Tile Mountain Team

When paying using Apple Pay or Google Pay, you will be prompted by your device to select your delivery address. This is because these payment methods use the address they have for you to secure the payment, and this will over-ride any address you have previously input. The address used will also show on your order confirmation. I am sorry, however, if you were unaware of this at the time. If you wanted to use a darker colour grout with this tile, would recommend using the Ultracolor Anthracite (Charcoal) 114 Grout (sku 6011405A).
These tiles are ceramic and would not be recommended for external use. For this type of project, we would recommend using a porcelain tile instead.
