I changed my mind about the tiles I got and called customer service. In less than a minute the kind voice of Iqra Afzal answered and helped me through the change I wanted to make in my order, she was very fast and efficient and sent a refund as the tiles I swapped were less expensive than the one I had chosen in the first place. I am very happy with the tiles, they look very nice and the builder said they looked good quality ( but are not up yet). Great service and company!
