Beautiful but misleading

Very beautiful tiles. Tiles arrived intact. I am in love with the look of them. However, the tiles are not straight so won’t sit on the floor flat, takes a lot of work to get them to sit nicely without hilly feels to them. They also crack very easily when cutting to fit them. Fitter has suggested that we get some tile protectant to spray into them as he’s worried that if we were to drop something heavy on them, they’ll shatter.
