Best price around for what we wanted. Ordered enough tiles to do all walls and floor in bathroom, and had the opportunity to choose a specified day for delivery, which was very quick. The driver actually apologised when delivering though, as he admitted to dropping them a short distance when getting them off the truck, and said just to contact them afterwards if there were any damages. There were damages on 10 tiles and after contacting Tile Mountain, they were happy to replace (or give a 50% discount on those broken if usable) and so I got replacement tiles again, delivered the next day. Overall, the service from Tile Mountain (and the honesty of the driver) was perfect.
