Tile ok but Couriers are amateurs

So we knew what we were getting with the tile but the couriers Pallex absolute amateurs, arrived 1 hour late so we had other obligations tiles left out in pouring rain on 2 pallets , 1 broken and cellophane wrap in tatters 2 boxes with 20 tiles absolutely saturated , had to dry out over 2 days, gave supplier an update on our woes but weren’t interested £30 for couriers unacceptable behaviour, would I use this lot again absolutely not.
