Eco Prim is a multi-purpose, ready-to-use bonding promoter primer made from synthetic acrylic resin and silica inerts with a very low emission of volatile organic compounds (VOC) . Created for use with render and for smoothing and levelling compounds and adhesives for ceramic tiles.Eco Prim Grip can also be used to improve the bond of all types of cement, gypsum and lime-based plasters on substrates made from concrete, brickwork, vibro-compressed concrete blocks, lightweight blocks and gypsum. Not only that, this handy tub of priming wonder is also suitable for improving the bond of adhesives for ceramics, and smoothing and levelling compounds on non-absorbent surfaces such as ceramic, terrazzo, and natural stone floors.

Hi there, can this be used on a polished marble back panel in a fireplace? We don't like the marble and want to tile over it if at all possible.
Our advice: We would suggest scoring the marble, apply the Eco Prim Grip, then a suitable adhesive for your chosen tile.

Hi, Could this be used on an existing acrylic splash back?
Our advice: It is, however, If the Acrylic Splashback is self adhesive or attached to the wall with silicone or any other adhesive that is not designed for tiles then this would not be suitable to tile over. Kind Regards,

Hello, I need to level approx 2sq m of flooring, a mixture of 25mm ply and concrete. Was planning to use Ultraplan Renovation Screed 3240. Do I need to use a primer before levelling? Thanks
Our advice: Yes, the flooring would require priming prior to the levelling. We would receommend Primer G (SKU: 020101).
