I am sorry to see that you are not happy with the tiles, and that you have received some damages to your order. While I can see that replacements have been sent for the damages, I understand the frustration that this can cause, and apologise again for that. The tiles are gloss and not polished, so will be shiny, but will not have the mirror-finish that polished tiles have. These tiles are only suitable for installations on a wall.
We do not stock any white gloss tiles that measure 500x200mm
Yes, these tiles will be fine on a wall in a wet-room setting. We would strongly advise ensuring all grout joints are grouted flush with the tiles and that all end joints are silicone sealed to make them water-tight.
There are 576 tiles per pallet.
Based on the thickness of the tile we would suggest a 7.5 or 8mm tile trim
As they are ceramic tiles, they aren't suitable for external use.
