Can the cleaner be used on porcelain tiles?
Our advice: The cleaner can be used to clean the Kerapoxy Design Grout as you go along, which can be used on top of the porcelain material. This cleaner is not suitable for general purpose use to clean the tiles, however.

Can this be used on glossy polished porcelain tiles? We have 60sqm which all have kerapoxy grout residue covering much of the tile.
Our advice: The Kerapoxy Cleaner (SKU 4571551) is designed to be used on grout haze left behind from Kerapoxy within a couple of days of being grouted, for longer periods of time or for heavier deposits the Kerapoxy Cleaner (SKU 4571551) would not be suitable.

I'm using kerapoxy Design grout with glitter but can I use this spray on quartz stone midnight black floor tiles. As in description it says not suitable for polished marble or stone.
Our advice: In small quantities, you can use the Kerapoxy cleaner with quartz tiles. The cleaner helps to remove leftover haze during installation. Please do not try to use this as a problem-solving cleaner however as large amounts can affect the quartz appearance.

We have just tiled our Indoor swimming pool - would your produce clean off the surplus cement and grout from our tiles and would it be safe?
Our advice: As standard practice, we would recommend Fila Deterdek Residue Remover (SKU: 430650) as a grout remover after all tile installations (excluding the use on Natural Stone products).

Can cleaner be used on Quartz tiles
Our advice: Thank you for your question. The Kerapoxy Cleaner is used to clean the grout lines and residues off any tiles where using Kerapoxy grout. If you are using Kerapoxy grout, we always recommend cleaning off the grout residue as you go. If you were after an everyday floor cleaner for the Quartz tiles, we would recommend Fila Cleaner (SKU: 430655) as it is a gentle detergent and cleans without damaging the polished surface.

How much sq mt would one bottle cover?
Our advice: Thank you for your question. Our Kerapoxy Cleaner is designed to clean off the grout residue left behind on tiles after using any of our Kerapoxy or Kerapoxy Design grouts (with or without Mapeglitter). We usually recommend one bottle of cleaner for one tub of grout. Therefore on average, this would cover 5-10m2 dependent on the amount of residue left behind. This is an approximation only.
