Are the edges of the tiles finished in grey? I will be tiling around external corners so will have exposed edges.Our Advice

The glaze will not cover the full thickness of the tile and so a portion of the biscuit will be visible. You can over come this by installing a corner tile trim to cover the meeting point of the tiles.

Is this tile suitable for a fire place surround? If so, what would you recomend sticking it to the wall with? And would you suggest a particular grout?Our Advice

Yes, this tile would be suitable for a fire surround. Non of our adhesives would be suitable though as they will only resist up to the temperature of 90 degrees. We would advise sourcing a heat resistant adhesive for your project.

The grout width in the picture for the Linear Grey Gloss Wall tile is 2mm.

Can you please tell me if the order for tiles has to be made in square metres or can a number of tiles be ordered?Our Advice

You are welcome to order per sqm quantity or an amount of tiles, if you know how many tiles are needed. In order to purchase tiles by quantity, there is a small box labelled "order tiles by area" underneath this, you will find a box that says "Qty", you would be able to specify the amount of tiles you would need in that box.

Thank you for your question. As that image was provided to us by the supplier, we do not know what grout was used, however, to achieve that effect we would recommend Ultracolor Medium Grey.
