Perfect Tiles for High End Look

Beautiful tiles! Large format so less grout lines. We love our new floor. Everybody that has seen the floor said it's nice. They aren't slippery. We went for matching grout colour. The beige colour is perfect for our open plan living with skylights.

Beautiful tiles. Easy to lay and cut. We ordered a sample before ordering for a large kitchen/diner/utility. Not slippy when wet. We are really pleased with them.

Are they suitable for high traffic areas

Our advice: This tile has a wear rating of 3 which means it would be suitable for all residential and light commercial areas such as offices, reception areas, boutiques, interior walls, countertops and residential bathroom floors. They are not however recommended for use in lobbies or entryways in commercial properties.

Would these tiles be a good conductor of heat with underfloor heating? We will be installing a wet overlay system.

Are they rigid ie not completely flat/smooth? Over time allowing dust and dirt to get trapped
