Firstly the delivery was a disgrace. £1300 and it came on a broken pallet which had collapsed and damaged 10 boxes. Floor fitters found discrepancies in the tiles and i have been chasing this up with the company for 2 weeks now with hardly any correspondence from them. I'm extremely disappointed and distressed with this as I currently have no flooring with a toddler in the house. Customer Service is diabolical

Had lots of LVT samples from various stores, but this one from Tile Mountain was our favourite. Seems really robust and well-made. Nice deep black colour with delicate marbling. Finish has just the right balance of matt and gloss (a nice satin sheen, but not reflective like a mirror) Not laid yet, but hopefully will look as good and last as long as we are expecting / hoping.
