Nice tiles. Horrendous company

The tiles themselves are lovely! The company are horrendous, I would not use again. There is no communication between the office and delivery company. I’m 5’3 and was expected to carry 19 of these tiles full size - up 4 flights of stairs as the driver wouldn’t drop them off in my main entrance even though the office had already confirmed they could leave them at my safe space outside my door if I wasn’t in. I am aware that it is kerb side delivery only.. but I don’t understand why the driver had to drop the tiles to the basement instead of the main entrance which would also be kerbside. When the tiler arrived, he noticed a few tiles were cracked and broken so not only was the delivery trouble, the delivery driver himself was so rude and aggressive. Definitely avoid.

Bathroom fit for a princess

The pink tiles were the perfect shade, and my bathroom looks gorgeous. However there were difficulties in some of the cuts as it seems the tiles were just shattering. The solution was to cut on loft insulation for protection from vibrations after 2 tiles broke - which was really frustrating

Pink Onyx tiles

The tiles are stunning and look great. The bathroom isn’t quite finished as we have had several tiles have hairline cracks whilst being cut.
